Jeevan Jyoti convent School is an unaided Christian minority English medium educational institution, established and administered by the Northern Society of the Sisters of the Holy Cross a Charitable and registered society, under the Society’s Registration Act XX1 of 1860 it was founded in 2012.

Congregation of the sisters of the Holy Cross was founded in Switzerland in 1844. Mother Bernarda Heimgartner was the Co-foundress. She delighted to be with little children. She was deeply convinced about her vocation for the education of the young girls.

The Northern Society of the Sisters of the Holy Cross are spread in the states of Maharashtra, M.P, U.P, Delhi, Uttarkhand, Bihar, Jammu Kashmir and west Bengal.
